Michele Halsey

Michele Halsey graduated from Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in December of 2022.

Prior to joining Kriegsman PC, Michele was a judicial extern for the Honorable James M. Wicks in the Eastern District of New York. As an extern, Michele gained valuable experience conducting legal research, drafting judicial opinions, and analyzing doctrinal law.

While in law school, Michele also interned for the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where she worked on cases involving organized crime and gangs, narcotics trafficking and child exploitation.

Michele’s practice focuses on litigation in federal and state courts.
